Our 16.5" Olympic Loadable Dumbbells are mini-Barbell 2000s, crafted from the same steel, sleeves and self-lubricating bearings as our 2000 pound capacity power bar.

The 4.75" loadable sleeves combine compact design while allowing weight combinations from 10 up to 210 pounds each (including the bar and collars).

Each bar weighs 9.75 pounds, and an even 10 pounds with a pair the dumbbell spring collars that are included in every box. The 6" knurled grip (5/8" unknurled next to the sleeves) is 28mm in diameter for a firm grip.
